All components are are manufactured in Columbian TecTank's ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities. "Flying of a Dome" Domes are attached with cabling to a crane and raised above the top of the tank, aligned, lowered into place and secured. Aliminum "flashing" is installed around the perimeter of the dome to protect the tank's contents. This water storage tank, owned by the city of Grain Valley, Mo., is 74'diameter, 24'high and has a 774,000-gallon capacity.
